Introduction
Welcome to the Property Governors user guides.
These guides show you how to use the platform: set up your workspace, manage properties and tenancies, collect rent, and handle maintenance.
Roles
| Role | What they do |
|---|---|
| Manager | Runs the workspace: properties, tenancies, payments, team, and settings |
| Property owner | Monitors owned properties, reports, and maintenance approvals |
| Tenant | Pays rent, manages appointments, and submits maintenance requests |
| Worker | Completes assigned maintenance jobs |
Managers create the account and invite everyone else. One person can hold more than one role and switch between them.
