Configuration

Payment accounts

Open Payment Accounts to connect providers (Paystack, KongaPay, Monnify).

Create a configuration with credentials and whether it supports rent, charges, or both.
Attach and enable it on each property (Payment & Units tab), or via a property group.
Optional: create and verify a platform subaccount (bank details) to use with platform Paystack receiving.

Tenants only see enabled configs on their property.

Property groups

Use Property Groups to group properties and team members. Members in a group only see those properties; members in no group see all (subject to their permissions). Groups can also share payment configs across their properties.

Owner settings

In Owner Settings, choose whether each owner must approve maintenance on their properties before work starts.

Tenant profile fields

Choose which fields to collect when creating tenants: Tenant profile fields.

Notification preferences

Choose Email or SMS per notification type, and set tenant email CC / Reply-To if needed: Notifications.
