Tenant guide
View your tenancy, pay rent online, respond to appointments, and request maintenance.
Dashboard
Your hub highlights payments due, leases expiring soon, appointments that need a response, maintenance updates, and proposed leases waiting for your acceptance.
Tenancies and balances
Open Tenancies, then pick a unit you rent to see its details, including lease terms and any automatic rent increase schedule.
Pay online
- On a tenancy with a balance, click Pay Now.
- Choose how many rent periods to pay (and any charges, when available). Rent is paid from the oldest outstanding period first.
- Review the total (including any fees) and select a payment method your manager configured.
- Complete checkout. Your balance updates after success.
If a payment is already in progress, follow the on-screen options before starting another. If no payment methods appear, ask your manager to enable payments on the property.
If your manager allows payment beyond the lease end, you may also pay periods after that date.
Proposed leases
When your manager proposes a new lease:
- Open it from the dashboard or your tenancy page.
- Review the terms and the Accept by deadline.
- Choose Accept before that deadline.
After you accept, the lease waits for activation. If the accept-by date passes without acceptance, contact your manager about a new proposal.
Payment history
Open Payments History to review past payments and download receipts.
Appointments
Open Appointments to accept a proposed time, suggest other times from your manager’s availability, or add a scheduled visit to your calendar.
Maintenance
Submit a New Request with unit, description, priority, and optional photos. Track progress and add comments. When work is done, confirm it was satisfactory if asked.
