Payments

How rent and charges are collected online, and how managers record money that arrives offline.

Set up (managers)

Create a payment account, then attach and enable it on each property. Full steps: Payment accounts.

Pay online (tenants)

On a tenancy with a balance, use Pay Now, choose periods and/or charges, pick a method, and complete checkout. Full steps: Tenant guide.

Record offline rent (managers)

Use Record Rent Payment when payment arrived outside checkout. Review the preview before saving. Full steps: Record rent payments.

Charges and receipts

Managers mark charge payments from the tenancy. Issue receipts manually when needed, or enable automatic online receipts in Account settings. Tenants and managers can download receipts from payment history.
